The Scanstrut Ventura SAE Power Socket provides a robust, weatherproof external DC connection for motorhomes, campervans, caravans, overland vehicles and boats.

Featuring an SAE connection rated up to 20A, it is particularly suited to connecting portable solar panels and other compatible 12V or 24V DC equipment. It supports up to 240W on a 12V system and 480W on a 24V system.

The socket is supplied pre-wired with 150mm of 4mm² (12AWG) tinned copper cable, helping simplify installation and providing excellent corrosion resistance for leisure vehicle and marine applications.

Part of the Scanstrut Ventura Series, the socket features a spring-loaded protective lid and durable exterior housing. With the lid fully closed, the front is rated IP68 and IP69K, providing excellent protection against water, dust and demanding exterior conditions.
