Shipping policy

Standard Shipping 

Shipping for the majority of the items we sell will be via Royal Mail. We use this service as we find it to be the most reliable, they can still suffer delays which are out of our control.

Postcodes

Unfortunately some postcodes will incur an extra charge. This includes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and off-shore postcodes.

If your postcode falls within these areas we will contact you to ensure the correct delivery charges have been applied before dispatching your goods. If you are unsure of the postal charges for your postcode please contact us and we will provide further guidance.


Water Tanks

Water Tanks & fitting kits will generally be sent out directly to the delivery address from the distributor. These items have separate tracking details which will be provided upon dispatch.

We do keep a quantity of various water tanks & fitting kits in stock, please contact us if you have a specific enquiry.

 

Pallet Deliveries

Pallet deliveries will be classed as kerbside deliveries. Most pallet delivery drivers are not insured to assist with anything such as moving the pallet indoors, removing products from the pallet and disposal of packaging (incl pallet).

 

Items not arriving or Transit Damage

Please get in contact with us as soon as possible if your items haven't arrived within a reasonable time frame. We may be unaware of missed or delayed deliveries unless they are brought to our attention

Please inspect all items for damage or missing parts upon receipt, this needs to be brought to our attention within 24hrs from the time of delivery. If items arrive in damaged packaging and you are present, please make sure the delivery driver notes this (pictures are always useful). If items arrive damaged and you have signed without specifying the details, this may delay any claim for transit damage. This can also delay any replacement items being sent out.
