The Truma/ALDE Outlet Connection Non Return Valve is a genuine replacement fitting designed for Truma Combi, Truma Ultrastore and selected ALDE 3010 hot water systems. Fitted to the hot water outlet of the boiler, this angled connector incorporates a built-in non-return valve that allows air to enter the boiler during draining, helping the water heater empty correctly and preventing vacuum formation.
This version features a threaded connection to the boiler outlet and accepts 12mm outside diameter semi-rigid push-fit pipe on the water system side. It is supplied in either red or white, depending on the production batch. Both colours are identical in function and compatibility.

Frequently Asked Questions
This outlet connection is suitable for many Truma Combi, Truma Ultrastore and ALDE 3010 water heating systems that use the threaded hot water outlet. Before ordering, compare your existing fitting with the product images and confirm your boiler has a threaded outlet rather than a smooth push-fit stem.
The integrated non-return valve allows air to enter the boiler when the water system is drained. This prevents a vacuum forming inside the water heater, allowing it to empty completely and helping protect the boiler during winterisation.
If water is dripping or flowing from the attached clear tube, the non-return valve may be contaminated with debris or the internal valve seat may have worn over time. While flushing the valve can occasionally solve the problem, persistent leaks usually indicate the valve should be replaced.
No. Truma has supplied these outlet connections in both red and white over the years. The colour is simply a manufacturing variation and does not affect compatibility or performance. As long as the connection style matches your existing fitting, either colour will work correctly.
The outlet accepts 12mm outside diameter semi-rigid push-fit water pipe, commonly used in caravan and motorhome plumbing systems. The boiler end uses the threaded Truma/ALDE connection.
The easiest way is to compare:
- The existing fitting has a threaded connection into the boiler.
- It has a 90° elbow with an integrated non-return valve.
- It connects to 12mm push-fit pipe.
- Your current valve is typically red or white and fitted to the hot water outlet.
If your boiler has a smooth push-fit stem instead of a threaded outlet, this is not the correct version. Always compare the fitting before ordering.
