The Thetford SK220 Separation Conversion Kit allows you to convert a compatible Thetford C220 series cassette toilet into a modern waterless separation toilet, without replacing the complete toilet installation.
Designed specifically around Thetford's established C220 platform, the SK220 replaces the conventional cassette and toilet bowl components with a system that separates urine and solid waste at source.
Urine is directed into a removable 7.5 litre urine tank, while solid waste is collected separately in a 7 litre solids container. Both containers are manufactured from recycled plastic and are accessed through the existing exterior cassette service door.
Once converted, the toilet operates without flushing water, helping conserve your motorhome or campervan's fresh-water supply and providing greater flexibility for off-grid touring.
The SK220 includes a complete replacement inner and outer toilet bowl, rather than simply adapting the existing bowl. The ergonomically designed separation bowl incorporates a blade that visually covers the solid waste container, while a leak-free automatic connection to the urine tank helps minimise spills when the tank is removed.
A mechanical urine tank level indicator allows the fill level to be monitored without requiring an electrical supply.
