The Fiamma Tank 70 Flat Fresh Water Tank is a popular onboard water storage solution for campervans, motorhomes and van conversions, providing a large fresh water supply in a compact, low-profile tank.
Manufactured by Fiamma, the Tank 70 is produced from non-toxic material suitable for storing fresh water and features Fiamma's distinctive dark blue construction. The tank is KTW certified and is designed specifically for use within leisure vehicles.
Its relatively shallow 240 mm profile makes it particularly useful where installation height is limited. It can be installed horizontally on the floor or vertically against a suitable structure, allowing the tank to be incorporated beneath seating, beds, kitchen units or within other suitable internal storage areas.
A large removable watertight red access cap provides access to the inside of the tank, making installation, inspection and periodic cleaning considerably easier.
The tank incorporates multiple connection positions, allowing the installer to select a suitable outlet location for the particular water system layout.

Installation
The Fiamma Tank 70 is designed primarily as an onboard fresh water tank and should be installed in a suitable internal location where it can be securely supported.
Its 240 mm height makes it particularly suitable for installation beneath seating, beds and other furniture where a taller water tank may not fit.
The tank can also be installed vertically where the vehicle layout makes this more practical.
The large access cap allows access to the inside of the tank when installing additional components such as water level sensors or when carrying out cleaning and maintenance.
Always measure the intended installation area carefully before ordering and allow additional clearance for the filler hose, breather, water outlet, pipework and access cap.
When full, the water contained within the tank will add approximately 65-70 kg to the vehicle depending on the actual fill level. The tank must therefore be securely mounted and adequately supported.
