The Alde Thermostatic Mixing Valve is designed for use with Alde hot water systems in caravans and motorhomes, mixing hot and cold water to provide a controlled and comfortable hot water temperature at your taps and shower.
The valve is factory set to approximately 41°C and can be adjusted to suit your requirements. The mixed water temperature can be adjusted between approximately 30°C and 48°C, with a normal working temperature range of 38°C to 46°C.
For additional safety, the valve incorporates scald protection. If the cold water supply is interrupted, the flow of hot water through the valve is stopped, helping to reduce the risk of excessively hot water reaching the outlet.
The valve also features built-in filters and check valves, helping protect the system against scale and other contaminants while maintaining the correct direction of water flow.
Supplied with 12mm Speedfit connections, making it suitable for compatible 12mm caravan and motorhome water systems.
