These water tanks are specific to the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer & Citroen Relay vehicles manufactured from 2007 onwards (X250 & X290).
Designed to fit the LWB (L3) & XLWB (L4) variants they will NOT fit SWB (L1) or MWB (L2) chassis.
This tank fits on the underside of the vehicle in the central part of the floor in front of the rear axle beam.
The 92ltr tank sits at the rear with the 62ltr tank directly in front, both tanks are transversely mounted across the vehicle with a moulded channel allowing the handbrake mechanism to pass clearly overhead.
We sell a range of sill mounted Fill/Drain valves that work well with this tank.
Rotationally moulded in one piece this creates a high quality, tough and durable product.
Manufactured in the UK using WRAS approved polymers, this makes the tank suitable for potable water.
Complete with M8 threaded inserts moulded into the tank at manufacture, this makes for easy mounting when used with the optional bracket kits.
2 x brass vents/breathers in the top sections of each tank.
1 x 1 1/4″ BSP & 1 x 1/2" BSP female threaded connection points are moulded into each tank in a lower sump (these are "Blind" upon delivery, you will need to open up the fittings that you choose to use). These are located at diagonal opposites, therefore the front (62ltr) tank has connection points on the NSF and the rear (95ltr) tank has connection points on the OSR. We have a range of sill mounted Fill/Drain valves that are well matched for these tanks.
Transverse strength is added to the underside of each tank by means of moulded channels.
5″ hatches with threaded lids, gives access to the inside from underneath the tanks.
Use Wydale KwiQ fittings to create additional BSP inlets or outlets as required (available separately).
Optional fitting kits available consisting of vehicle specific stainless-steel brackets, M8 socket head bolts, 5.5 x 25mm TEK screws.
Please note - If your vehicle has "Factory Fitted" air suspension on the rear of the vehicle (ex Ambulance or Welfare Vehicle), it may not possible to mount the 92ltr tank due to the location of the anti-roll bar. There may be an option to fit a 62ltr tank instead. In this instance, please contact us to discuss options.
