92ltr & 62ltr Ducato/Boxer/Relay L3 &L4 Underslung Water Tanks (X250&X290)

The Wydale 62 Litre & 92 Litre Twin Underslung Water Tank setup is designed for Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroën Relay X250 and X290 L3 and L4 vans from 2006 onwards.

Both tanks are installed together beneath the vehicle, providing a substantial 154 litre combined nominal water capacity while keeping the water storage outside the living area. This makes the system particularly suitable for larger campervan and motorhome conversions where increased onboard water capacity is required without sacrificing valuable internal storage space.

Manufactured by Wydale Plastics, the two tanks are specifically shaped for the underside of the Ducato, Boxer and Relay platform and are designed to work together as a twin-tank installation.

Always check the available space beneath the vehicle before ordering, particularly where equipment such as rear air suspension, diesel heaters, LPG tanks, steps or other underslung accessories has been installed.

154 Litre Combined Capacity

The system combines a 62 litre tank and a 92 litre tank, giving a total nominal water capacity of 154 litres.

A dedicated Wydale twin plumbing kit is available to connect the two tanks together, allowing them to operate as one larger water storage system.

This provides considerably more onboard water capacity than a single underslung tank while retaining valuable space inside the conversion.

Pre-Drilled Inlets, Outlets & Breathers

Both tanks are supplied with factory-prepared plumbing connections, reducing the amount of additional drilling required during installation.

Each tank incorporates:

• 1 × 1/2" BSP connection, supplied opened/drilled
• 1 × 1 1/4" BSP connection, supplied opened/drilled
• 2 × 20mm vents/breathers

Across the complete twin-tank installation, this provides 2 × 1/2" BSP connections, 2 × 1 1/4" BSP connections and 4 × 20mm vent/breather points.

Optional Twin Tank Fitting Kits

Dedicated Wydale fitting kits are available for installing and connecting the two tanks together.

The fitting kit provides the appropriate mounting components for securing both tanks beneath the vehicle.

Adding Additional Inlets, Outlets & Fittings

Although both tanks already incorporate pre-drilled BSP connections and dedicated breather points, additional connections can be installed if required for your particular water system.

When drilling for an additional inlet, outlet, drain, level sensor or other fitting, remember that a conventional tank fitting normally requires a nut and sealing washer on the inside of the tank. Make sure the chosen position can be reached internally before drilling.

Alternatively, a suitable Wydale KwiQ fitting can be used where required. These allow an additional connection to be installed without needing to reach inside the tank to secure a separate nut and washer.
