55L Underslung Waste Water Tank Kit – VW Crafter (2006–2017)

This 55 litre underfloor waste water tank kit is purpose-designed for use on the VW Crafter 2006–2017 (RWD models). It fits neatly along the driver’s side sill, directly behind the exhaust silencer, making it ideal for campervan and motorhome conversions requiring a clean, hidden grey-water solution.

Manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant polyethylene, the tank features a matt black finish that blends discreetly into the vehicle’s underside. Its algae-resistant construction ensures long-term reliability, even in demanding road environments.

A threaded access point allows the installation of sensors or internal fittings and provides access for periodic cleaning.

Locating Instructions – VW Crafter (2006–2017 RWD)

Installs longitudinally along the driver’s-side sill.

Sits in the cavity behind the exhaust silencer and ahead of the rear axle.

Mount using the supplied universal strap kit, ensuring the tank clears:

Exhaust system & heat shields

Handbrake cable

Brake lines & underfloor wiring

The breather and outlet should be positioned outward for easy hose routing.

This mounting position replicates the common industry-standard location used for underslung Crafter waste tanks.

Important Information

Compatible water level sensors (including Victron & SRNE models) are available.

Tank may have minor water traces from pressure-testing.

Clean thoroughly before first use.
