Downloads & Guides
Control your 2-wire motorised valve actuator with precision using this ON-OFF-ON DPDT rocker switch. Designed specifically for reverse polarity applications, it allows you to easily change the direction of your valve or DC motor at the touch of a switch. Ideal for OPEN / CLOSE control of motorised valves and other 12V electrical applications.
Key Feature: Latching ON-OFF-ON Operation
This rocker switch features a latching ON-OFF-ON function, meaning it remains in the selected position until manually switched to another position. Unlike a momentary switch, it does not automatically return to the centre OFF position when released.
The three-position operation allows you to select either direction of motor rotation or disconnect power completely using the centre OFF position.
Perfect Fitment
Measuring 25mm x 30mm, this switch is designed to fit neatly into a CBE blanking plate, making it an ideal upgrade or replacement for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, boats and custom control panels.
Ideal For
• 2-wire electric ball valves
• Motorised shut-off valves
• Water control systems
• Irrigation systems
• HVAC zone valves
• Caravan and motorhome water systems
• Custom automation panels
• Reverse polarity DC motor control

Why Choose a Latching Rocker Switch?
A latching rocker switch provides convenient, maintained control of motorised valves and DC motors without requiring the operator to hold the switch in position.
The centre OFF position allows power to be disconnected when required, while the two ON positions provide straightforward forward and reverse operation.
Important: Unlike a momentary switch, a latching switch continues supplying power while either ON position is selected. When controlling motorised valves, ensure the actuator incorporates suitable internal limit switches or automatic shut-off protection to prevent motor damage when the valve reaches its fully open or closed position.
