The Shurflo Revolution 12V 30PSI 7L Water Pump is an automatic fresh water pressure pump designed for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and leisure vehicles. Delivering up to 7.6 litres per minute with a 30 PSI pressure setting, it provides reliable water delivery for taps, showers and other fresh water outlets.
The Revolution features a four-chamber diaphragm design for smooth, consistent water flow with reduced vibration and noise. It has been designed as the next-generation replacement for the equivalent Shurflo Trail King 7L pump and fits within the same installation space.
The pump is self-priming up to 2.7 metres and incorporates an automatic pressure switch, starting when water is required and switching off once the system reaches the required pressure. A built-in check valve also helps prevent reverse water flow.
Designed for dependable operation, the Revolution features thermal overload protection and can run dry without damage. Its maximum current draw is just 5 amps, making it well suited to 12V leisure vehicle water systems.
Unlike many conventional diaphragm water pumps, the Shurflo Revolution is designed to operate without an accumulator tank. Its four-chamber design and internal bypass system help control water flow at lower demand, reducing rapid on/off cycling and providing smoother, more consistent water delivery. This means an accumulator is not normally required, helping to simplify installation and save valuable space in caravan, campervan and motorhome water systems.
For additional protection, we recommend installing a suitable Shurflo/Fiamma/Seaflo pump filter or strainer on the inlet. Rebel Leisure also stocks 12mm push-fit pump adaptors, 1/2" BSP pump fittings and accumulators for completing your water system installation.

This model has a 30 PSI (2.1 bar) shut-off pressure and automatically starts and stops as water is required.
Yes. The Revolution is a self-priming water pump, allowing it to draw water from a fresh water tank without the pump having to be manually primed.
The internal bypass allows the pump to manage lower water demands more smoothly and helps reduce rapid on/off cycling. This can provide quieter and more consistent water delivery when a tap is only partially opened.
Yes. The pump is designed to run dry without damage and also incorporates thermal protection for additional protection during operation.
Yes. A built-in check valve helps prevent reverse water flow through the pump when it is not operating.
We recommend installing a pump filter or strainer on the inlet side to prevent debris from reaching the pump. Rebel Leisure stocks compatible Shurflo/Fiamma/Seaflo pump filter strainers with a choice of connections to suit different installations.
The Revolution 7.6L 30 PSI is Shurflo's newer replacement for the equivalent Trail King 7L 30 PSI. The Revolution uses a four-chamber design for smoother flow and reduced vibration and fits within the same installation space as the older Trail King.
