The Shurflo Revolution 12V 20PSI 7L Water Pump is an automatic fresh water pressure pump designed for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and leisure vehicles. Delivering up to 7.6 litres per minute with a 20 PSI pressure setting, it is ideal for lower-pressure water systems supplying taps, showers and other fresh water outlets.
The Revolution features a four-chamber diaphragm design to provide smooth, consistent water delivery with reduced vibration and noise. Its automatic pressure switch starts the pump when water is required and switches it off again once the system reaches the required pressure.
The pump is self-priming up to 2.7 metres and incorporates a built-in check valve to help prevent reverse water flow. It can also run dry without damage and features automatic thermal overload protection for additional reliability.
Unlike many conventional diaphragm water pumps, the Shurflo Revolution is designed to operate without an accumulator tank. Its four-chamber design and internal bypass system help control water flow at lower demand, reducing rapid on/off cycling and providing smoother, more consistent water delivery. This means an accumulator is not normally required, helping to simplify installation and save valuable space in caravan, campervan and motorhome water systems.
For additional protection, we recommend installing a suitable Shurflo/Fiamma/Seaflo pump filter or strainer on the inlet. Rebel Leisure also stocks 12mm push-fit pump adaptors, 1/2" pump fittings and accumulators for completing or upgrading your water system.

We recommend installing a pump filter or strainer on the inlet side to prevent debris from reaching the pump. Rebel Leisure stocks compatible Shurflo/Fiamma/Seaflo pump filter strainers with a choice of connections to suit different installations.
Both Revolution pumps deliver up to 7.6L/min and use the same four-chamber design. The main difference is pressure: this model operates at 20 PSI, while the Shurflo Revolution 7L 30 PSI version provides higher pressure for systems that require it.
