105ltr Black Flat Water Tank

The Wydale 105 Litre Black Flat Water Tank is a large-capacity universal water storage tank designed for campervans, motorhomes, caravans, van conversions and other leisure vehicle applications.

With a nominal capacity of 105 litres and dimensions of approximately 750mm long × 500mm wide × 300mm high, the tank provides substantial onboard water storage while retaining a practical rectangular shape for installation beneath beds, seating, garages or other suitable storage areas.

Manufactured by Wydale Plastics from durable black polyethylene, the tank provides a robust solution for onboard fresh water storage.

A large 5" internal plain access lid provides access to the inside of the tank for inspection, cleaning and the installation of additional fittings where required.

Factory-Fitted 3/4" BSP Outlet

The Wydale 105 litre flat tank incorporates 1 × factory-fitted 3/4" BSP female threaded outlet towards the lower section of the tank.

Wydale's technical drawing identifies this as a 3/4" BSP × 28mm insert, providing a ready-made threaded outlet connection without needing to drill the main water outlet yourself.

There are no additional pre-drilled filler or breather connections specified by Wydale, so these can be positioned and installed according to the requirements of your particular water system.

Universal Installation

This is a universal flat water tank rather than a vehicle-specific design, making it suitable for a wide range of campervan and motorhome conversions where its dimensions allow.

The rectangular 750 × 500 × 300mm design makes efficient use of the available installation space while providing significantly more water storage than smaller universal tanks.

Always check the available space, access lid position and plumbing connection locations before ordering.

Adding Additional Inlets, Outlets & Breathers

Additional holes can be drilled into the tank where required for a filler inlet, breather/overflow, additional outlet, drain, water level sensor or other tank fitting.

When using conventional tank fittings, remember that a nut and sealing washer normally need to be fitted from inside the tank. You must therefore make sure the proposed position can be reached internally through the access lid before drilling.

Alternatively, a suitable Wydale KwiQ fitting can be used where appropriate. These allow an additional connection to be installed without needing access to the inside of the tank to secure a separate nut and washer.
