This 1" BSP male to 28mm female rigid waste pipe adaptor tank connector is designed to provide a secure and reliable connection between tanks, threaded fittings and 28mm rigid waste pipe systems. Ideal for motorhomes, campervans, caravans, boats and leisure vehicle plumbing installations, it allows waste pipework to be connected directly to compatible tank outlets and fittings.
Manufactured from durable grey plastic, this adaptor offers excellent resistance to corrosion and is suitable for long-term use in waste water systems. The 1" BSP male thread provides a secure connection to compatible threaded tank bosses and fittings, while the 28mm female socket accepts standard 28mm OD rigid waste pipe.
This fitting is designed for use with 28mm OD rigid waste pipe. If you are using 28.5mm grey convoluted waste pipe, additional adaptors and sealing rings may be required to achieve a suitable fit and watertight seal. These components are not included and must be purchased separately if required.
This adaptor connects a 1 inch BSP male threaded tank outlet to 28mm rigid waste pipe, making it ideal for caravan and motorhome waste tank installations.
It is designed specifically for 28mm rigid push-fit waste pipe.
It may be suitable for fresh water where the thread size is compatible, but it is primarily intended for waste water plumbing applications.
You may require a suitable sealing washer or thread seal for the BSP connection, depending on your installation. The 28mm waste pipe simply pushes into the adaptor, if your are using 28.mm convoluted pipe you will need an adaptor and sealing sleeve.
