12v/30psi/10Ltr Shurflo Trail King Water Pump & Fiamma Accumulator With Fittings

This Shurflo Trail King water pump and Fiamma accumulator package has been put together to provide the main components required for a reliable pressurised fresh water system in a campervan, caravan or motorhome.

At the heart of the kit is the Shurflo Trail King 12V water pump, delivering up to 10 litres per minute at 30 PSI. It is paired with a Fiamma A20 accumulator to help provide smoother water delivery and reduce rapid pump cycling when smaller amounts of water are being used.

The package also includes a Shurflo inlet filter/strainer and connection fittings, including adaptors allowing the assembly to connect to compatible John Guest or Whale 12mm OD semi-rigid pipework.

Shurflo Trail King 12V Water Pump

The Shurflo Trail King is a self-priming 12V pressure pump designed for leisure vehicle fresh water systems.

With a flow rate of up to 10 litres per minute and an operating pressure of 30 PSI, it provides a good balance of water flow and pressure for campervan, caravan and motorhome installations.

The pump automatically operates as water is required and switches off once the system reaches pressure.

Fiamma A20 Accumulator

The included Fiamma A20 accumulator is installed on the outlet side of the pump.

An accumulator stores a small amount of water under pressure, helping to smooth the flow from the pump. It can also reduce rapid pump cycling when a tap is partially opened or only a small quantity of water is required.

The supplied ½" BSP connector bridge allows the pump and accumulator to be connected together to create a neat, compact assembly.

Flow Direction

Correct installation of the filter, pump and accumulator is important.

Water flow should be arranged as follows:

Fresh Water Tank → Filter/Strainer → Shurflo Pump → Fiamma A20 Accumulator → Water System

• The filter must be fitted on the inlet side of the pump
• The accumulator must be fitted on the outlet side of the pump
• An arrow on the pump body shows the correct direction of water flow

Always check the flow direction before connecting your pipework.

12mm Push-Fit Connections

The package includes two 12mm female push-fit to ½" BSP adaptors.

These are used at the strainer inlet and accumulator outlet, allowing the complete pump assembly to be incorporated into a compatible 12mm OD semi-rigid plumbing system, including John Guest and Whale pipework.
