58 Litre Underfloor Fresh Water Tank Kit (Topfill) – VW Crafter 2006–2018

This 58-litre underfloor fresh water tank kit (Topfill) is purpose-designed for the VW Crafter 2006–2018. It installs neatly along the driver’s-side sill—behind the exhaust—taking advantage of the Crafter’s generous sill cavity to provide secure, discreet fresh-water storage without reducing ground clearance.

Constructed from high-strength, algae-resistant polyethylene, the tank offers excellent long-term durability. The matt-black finish ensures a low-visibility, protective installation suitable for demanding underbody environments.

Locating Instructions — VW Crafter 2006–2018 (Topfill)

 Installs lengthways along the driver’s-side sill

Positioned behind the exhaust silencer and ahead of the rear axle

The filler neck mounts to an interior or protected panel

The 40mm inlet hose routes directly to the tank’s topfill port

Ensure clearance from:

Exhaust heat shields

Brake & fuel lines

 Handbrake cable

Wiring harnesses

The Crafter’s under-sill cavity provides ample depth, allowing the tank to sit securely without compromising ground clearance.

Tank is leak-tested; minor moisture on arrival is normal

Clean thoroughly before use with drinking water
