58 Litre Underfloor Fresh Water Tank Kit (Topfill) – Mercedes Sprinter RWD (2006–Present)

This 58-litre underfloor fresh water tank kit (Topfill) is purpose-designed for the Mercedes Sprinter RWD (2006–present). It fits neatly along the driver’s-side sill—just behind the exhaust—taking advantage of the deeper RWD sill cavity for secure, discreet fresh-water storage without compromising ground clearance.

Constructed from high-strength, algae-resistant polyethylene, the tank delivers long-term durability and reliability. Its matt-black finish is ideal for underbody installation, offering excellent protection against road debris, salt and moisture.

Locating Instructions — Sprinter RWD (Topfill)

Installs lengthways along the driver’s-side outer sill

Positioned behind the exhaust box and ahead of the rear axle

 Uses the supplied straps to secure the tank to the sill/rail

Ensure adequate clearance from:

 Exhaust routing (RWD layout)

 Heat shields

Handbrake cable

Brake & fuel lines

The RWD Sprinter’s deeper sill cavity allows this tank to sit securely without reducing ground clearance, unlike FWD/4x4 variants

Tanks may contain small traces of water from leak-testing
