40 Litre Underfloor Waste Water Tank for Ford Transit Custom (2012–2022, L1 & L2)

This 40-litre underfloor water tank is purpose-designed for the 2012–2022 Ford Transit Custom L1 and L2 models. Ideal for campervan and motorhome conversions, it is suitable for use as a waste water tank mounted discreetly beneath the vehicle.

Manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant polyethylene, the tank features a matt black finish for a low-visibility, long-lasting underfloor installation. Its hygienic, algae-resistant construction ensures reliability for long-term van builds.

A large threaded top-mounted access hatch allows installation of pumps, internal accessories or sensors, while also providing access for periodic cleaning.

Locating Instructions

This tank installs widthways (driver side to passenger side) within the underfloor cavity of the Ford Transit Custom L1 & L2, positioned safely away from exhaust and heat sources.

The service hatch must face upward, and the tank should sit securely between the chassis members using the supplied straps and mounting hardware.

Important Information

Water level senders are available, including models compatible with Victron and SRNE systems. (Here)

Tanks may contain traces of water on arrival due to leak-testing—this is normal.

Please ensure the tank is fully cleaned before use.
